Day 4- By Vicki

It was almost 7pm before the mechanic, Pete, from Source 1,  finished fixing the boat.  The part arrived by 1pm, which is actually pretty awesome considering the mechanic from Hernando Beach has been looking for that same part for us for a year.  After the part had been changed, the engines were fired up and Pete tested the engine for overheating.  Everything was perfect.  At an idle, the right engine was at about 110.   Pete looked relieved and almost a little bit surprised that the temperature was holding so well.

"The Office" WAITING at Hudson Marina

Since we are still only about twenty minutes away from home by car, we called some friends- Terry Suzanne, and Patty- to meet us for dinner.  They were nice enough to drive us back home so we could pick up some odds and ends - paper towels, more shoes, extra towels, and of course, my electric blanket.  The air works really well.

We ate at ZigZag Scallop on Hernando Beach, which I highly recommend.  They have great food and it's waterfront.  Day four, and we are right back where we started.
