We had a late start getting back to the boat. We left Clearwater
Beach and headed towards Hernando Beach at 2pm. We arrived at our home port in the nick of time, just was the sun was going down. The return trip was a mostly perfect voyage.

I even drove the boat!!! |
We were very happy to see Bill

We Returned Just In The Nick Of Time |
Congratulations on making it all the way back to your home port with no major issues ! Mom & I are glad you guys made it home safely and in good spirits.
ReplyDeleteIt looked like you finally got to enjoy yourself this time. (So glad the boat finally proved it deserved to be in the class of "pleasure boat" !!)
Thanks Dad! The boat told me it wants to take you and Mom on a 30 day ride. Save your money and bring your safety equipment.
ReplyDelete30 days is too long for this gal...but thanks for the offer:) Love You...Mom
DeletePS- It's good to be home!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you're back. Never knew so many things could go wrong on a boat. Definitely was an experience. Your Mom & Dad are glad you are home safe.
ReplyDeleteWHAT !! SO THE PROBLEM WITH THE BOAT WAS IT DONT LIKE TO BE TIED UP TO THE DOCK AND JUST SITTING THERE ..THE BOAT LIKES TO GET OUT THERE IN THE WATER AND GO FULL-BLAST !!! AND THE BOATS NOT HAPPY BEING TIE UP TO THE DOCK .. ITS ONLY HAPPY WHEN ITS OUT IN THE WATER .. THE BOAT IS HAPPY WHEN ITS SET FREE ..
ReplyDeleteMaybe the boat's only happy in Hernando Beach because the further we got away from there, the more problems we had. Once we headed home it was smooth sailing. By the way, the boat only likes to go 15 knots or less. She breaks down if you push her to even 18.
